We’ve kind of missed the ol’ bateau when it comes to Christmas listings this year. That does not mean that Twickmas is not happening out there sometime soon.

Take this for example: A Christmas Fair/Fayre in Church Street on Sunday 8th December. All the stuff you might expect to put you in a festive frame of mind, including fun and joy.

Fair’s fayre, innit.

Now of course that’s not the only thing going on. The French Market returns on the 21st and 22nd of December. There’s a pantomime production of Sleeping Beauty at The Exchange opposite the station. The Richmond Shakespeare Society’s production of A Christmas Carol is sold out but Snow White will be living it up at down the road Richmond Theatre. Needless to say Hampton Court, Kew Gardens and Syon House are all doing Christmas stuff too and, even closer to home, London Chamber Choir Coro are returning to Strawberry Hill House for a special Christmas concert on 15th.  To find out more we suggest Visit Richmond or the Twickenham Town Business Association sites. Failing all of that, we’ve got some great pubs, restaurants and local shops. Enjoy.
