UPDATED:  A woman has died after being hit by a car as she waited at a St Margarets bus stop.  The incident took place on Thursday 4th January at around 8.00pm at the bus stop on St Margarets Road near Sandycoombe Road.  Police, fire and ambulance services all attended the scene and the woman was taken to hospital where her condition was described as ‘critical’ by a Metropolitan Police spokesperson quoted in the Richmond and Twickenham Times.  The paper has since reported that the woman, Toiria Ouhoid, died as a result of her injuries. Ms Ouhoid, 47,  was a French national living in the UK. The driver of the car, an Audi, was also taken to hospital with less serious injuries. No arrests were made at the time.
