Pic of the Week: Room with a View

New flats going up on Heath Road offer the prospect of stunning views. The building, Twickenham House, has images on the hoardings showing the type of accommodation you can expect and we have to say that having a view across Mediterranean rooftops as opposed to the Tesco Express and the railway line will be a very attractive proposition for some.

It’s amazing what they can do these days, isn’t it?

It’s the EU standardised view – I told you this would happen.. oh wait, sorry I thought I was UKIP for a sec 🙂

I can’t understand why they didn’t show the stunning view of twickerati towers from the penthouse appartments. Surely that would value-add.

I saw a TV programme that was about selling new flats to Chinese investors who were living in China but who had never visited London.
From the windows the advertising showed views of London landmarks like Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace etc.
But the flats were in Luton…

And no doubt some empty retail (aka public open) space on ground level.

Maybe it’s like the view behind newsreaders. The builders will will just position a large photo outside every window?
