Get Some Profile, Help a Charity

Here at twickerati HQ we’re raising money for Shooting Star Chase, a charity doing valuable work caring for children and teenagers with life-limiting conditions. One of the ways we’re doing this is by offering adverts on the site in return for a donation to the charity. So if you run a business that wants some profile on the site or you just enjoy reading our Twickenham-centric blog posts, tweets and Facebook updates then please donate. To make it more interesting, the whole team at twickerati from the editor-in-chief and feature writer through to the staff writer and junior researcher (total headcount: 1) will be running the Royals Parks Half Marathon in October as part of the fundraising effort. Read on…

What You Get:
If you’re a business (or even an individual) then a £25 donation will get you:
* A week on the website (see the ‘advert box’ to your right)
* A listing on our ‘sponsors page’ where you can have a large logo and up to 100 words of free text to describe your business in your own words. The sponsors page will stay live until well into October.
* ‘Thank you’ tweets from @twickerati on Twitter linking back to the sponsors page

Lots of Twickenham locals enjoy this site. We hope you do too, so why not give your business a boost whilst helping to raise money for an excellent cause.

  1. And another big thanks, this time to Milestone Commercial who are on their second week of being our ‘charity sponsor’ helping to raise money for Shooting Star Chase.

  2. Big thanks to RealAle.com who’ve committed to 4 weeks of ads. They’re first up with the sidebar ad and the logo on the sponsors’ page:
